MC Press Lounge – Company and media support @ BIO-Europe

BIO-Europe – This “must-attend” event is Europe’s largest Life Sciences partnering conference. BIO-Europe’s world-class workshops, panels and exhibition, along with thousands of prescheduled one-on-one meetings, make this event an unrivaled forum for companies across the biotech value chain to meet and do business.

Whether you are a journalist looking for the latest insight or an attending company seeking to boost your visibility, as long-time media partner, MC Services is there to maximize your experience. We not only invite local and international journalists and provide them with information about presenting companies, their executives and investors but are on site throughout the conference, conducting both media and partnering meetings.

Centrally located – in the midst of activities – the EBD Group Press Lounge offers fully equipped workstations for accredited media representatives who also can use dedicated areas to conduct interviews or network with industry representatives.

Together with our partner EBD Group, MC Services hosts a dedicated BIO-Europe® live blog at the conference. We are committed to working with local/regional journalism students who are invited to the conference to conduct interviews with participants and report their impressions of the event, as well as highlights from panels, company presentations and discussions. The goal of this initiative is to provide a vivid picture of the event to interested parties in and outside the conference and to get young journalists enthusiastic about the complex field of biotechnology.

Services include:

  • Invite journalists to conference
  • Schedule background talks, introductions and media interviews
  • On-site coordination and support
  • BIO-live Blog
