Anne Hennecke

Anne has been Managing Partner of MC Services since 2011 and has over 25 years of experience in Financial and Strategic Communications. She was instrumental in growing MC Services to a team of 40 people and a highly sustainable client roster. Anne established the office in Düsseldorf, building the team and operations there. Prior to joining the agency, she held senior management positions in international pharma and biotech companies. She headed Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Evotec AG for 10 years and was a member of the company’s Executive Committee. During that time, she managed Evotec’s IPO on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Nasdaq, multiple M&A programs and major financial transactions. Previously, she was responsible for Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Schwarz Pharma AG, where she initially held management positions in the International Marketing department. Anne is a pharmacist and marketing expert by training.

Raimund Gabriel

Raimund founded MC Services in 1999. Under his leadership, MC Services has grown to a team of 40 people with sites in Munich, Düsseldorf, Berlin, London and Boston. Prior to that, Raimund held senior management positions in international communications agencies where he was responsible for Business to Business, Corporate and Financial Communications. He has over 40 years of experience in Marketing and Communications and more than 20 years in Investor Relations. He has advised on IPOs in Germany, Belgium and the UK as well as on major international M&A and financial transactions. Raimund also advises companies on issues and crisis management. Raimund studied law, history and political science (MA).

Katja Arnold

Katja joined MC Services in 2013 and heads the Munich office as Managing Director. She is an expert in financial and strategic communications and a Certified Investor Relations Officer (CIRO). Katja has worked over 20 years for companies in biotech, medical technology, diagnostics and healthcare, as well as venture capital and other industries.

Before joining MC Services, she was Director of Corporate Communications & IR at WILEX (today Heidelberg Pharma), a listed oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company. She was responsible for the communication of a broad late-stage clinical pipeline and actively supported several financing and M&A transactions. Prior to that, she worked as a Senior Consultant with the financial communications agency CAT Consultants and as an external IR manager for doll maker Zapf Creation. Katja began her career at the healthcare and nursing home company, Marseille Kliniken, in the staff unit of the Executive Board. During her Business Administration studies at the Technical University of Dresden, she worked for several years as a freelancer for the contract management department at the German Privatization Agency (Treuhandanstalt).

Andreas Burckhardt

Andreas joined MC Services in 2013. Dedicated to the Life Sciences industry, he has spent more than 30 years holding various senior management positions in international investment banking groups. During this time Andreas has built a comprehensive, high-profile network of international investors and sector experts.

He has successfully executed more than 100 international transactions. At WestLB AG he was jointly responsible for establishing the bank as one of the leading players in the healthcare financial markets. Prior to this, he worked for Deutsche Apotheker- und Aerztebank for over 7 years, where he built-up Life Sciences Research and tailored the concept of a well-established innovative healthcare fund.

In 2000 he also created and managed the launch of the first independent index for the European biotech industry “WestLB EU-Biotech Index Top20”.

Dr. Claudia Riedl

Claudia joined MC Services in October 2017 from MorphoSys AG, where she headed the Corporate Communications and Investor Relations department as Senior Vice President. In this position, she was responsible for all external communications activities, as well as international investor relations. Under her direction, MorphoSys was repeatedly awarded for its communications and investor relations performance, and Claudia was instrumental in raising its profile to today’s high level. Prior to that, she worked at cassiopeia AG and Deutsche Bank in various capacities. Claudia holds a Ph.D. in biology from the Technical University of Munich. She co-founded and led the working group, Communications and Public Relations, of BIO Deutschland for several years and is an active member of the German Investor Relations Association (DIRK). Claudia provides over 15 years of experience in international investor and public relations in the biotechnology and pharma sector.
